Hypnotherapy allows you to focus your attention exactly where you need it most.
Through gentle guidance, you'll begin to explore how you can manage particular feelings, memories, or situations. By shifting your focus, you can create change with calmness and ease, as your brain and nervous system naturally adjust.

Change only happens when you are ready—when you invite it in. While I may offer suggestions, it is always your choice to accept them or not.

I work with you—honouring your goals, your history, and the beliefs that matter to you. Together, we shape the future you want, in a way only you can imagine.

 

My practice focuses on assisting people in the relieving of stress that work and life can bring. I can help those wishing to bring change and healing to their eating and habbits, painful memories, traumatic experiences and feelings of depression and anxiety. Some people just want or need to spend time talking where as others need the experience of rejuvenation-having their tender needs met.

Throughout my life I have needed a lot of help and support.

I was, and still am someone who needs life explained to them. In many ways- I had to actively learn how to live life.

This meant coming to understand that we are all different. I then realised that there are common ways of treating the issues that arise in life.

I have been so very lucky to have been treated by the most wonderful practitioners- each skilled and talented in their own way. I was met with kindness and compassionate curiosity. My therapists became my first teachers and so inspired me to go on to study in the field.

I decided to become a hypnotherapist because I found hypnotherapy to be a very gentle way of bringing about change and healing.

It is my hope that I will meet you in the same way I was- with kindness, compassionate curiosity, sincerity and skill.
